The New Jersey School of Business is licensed by the NJ Real Estate Commission to provide pre-licensing education to candidates seeking a New Jersey Real Estate salesperson license. To qualify for a real estate salesperson's license an applicant must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school education or equivalency, complete a 75-hour pre-licensure course at a licensed school and pass the license examination. Successfully completing the New Jersey School of Business pre-licensing course does not in and of itself guarantee that the candidate will pass the state exam and receive a New Jersey Real Estate salesperson license. No offer of employment as a real estate agent is implied and no offer of employment should be inferred. The New Jersey School of Business reserves the right to cancel classes based on enrollment.
